Meat chickens have arrived! This summer we are raising 50 meat chickens from chick to chicken nugget. We will rotationally graze them in a chicken tractor made with a design from Joel Salatin, owner of Polyface Farms in Virginia. Currently, the layers are testing it out.
Hey! here are some recent photos from the farm. We had a whopping 29 lambs this year. One of the videos is an adorable bottle lamb named Max, who follows me around everywhere I go. We are currently offering the following cuts of lamb: rib and loin chops, bone-in and boneless legs, shanks, ground, shoulder, neck, french racks, and bones.
